They were always available to offer directions and suggestions for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. I had a positive experience at Al Nuovo Teson and would recommend it to others.

Great value for money! Easy to get to using public transport. Good location, slightly away from the busy areas so it's nice and quiet, but still within a short walk to major attractions. being close to the grand canal was a beautiful experience. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a local convenience store for snacks and water. Well-received by staff and the shower was amazing!

The reception area on the ground floor had a slight odor of drains, but it didn't affect the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was good, but basic.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is very close to the main square and within walking distance of the main attractions. It is also conveniently close to vaporetto stops, making it easy to explore Venice. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern amenities such as a two-level power shower, separate toilet with bidet, and a mini fridge. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

There were some noises from people moving about from upstairs, but considering it is an old building, it is understandable.

We had a great time staying at this small hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, as it was easy to get around using the public transport options available. It was also close to all the tourist attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. it was a great choice for our family vacation.

The only downside was that the walls of the hotel were quite thin, so we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The manager, Paula, were great too assist us, even arranging a guided excursion for us. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the water-taxi station and about 12 minutes from a famous landmark. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, and the rooms, although slightly small, were modern and well-maintained. The double-glazed windows and thick doors ensured a peaceful night's sleep in a bustling area. The breakfast spread was decent, providing a variety of options.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and even assisting us with our luggage up the many stairs. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and offered a beautiful garden view, complete with all the necessary amenities and some extra touches. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was included in our rate and served a wide variety of delicious options.

The only minor drawback was the very tiny shower, but it didn't bother us too much.

Whether you want to explore Piazza San Marco or catch a vaporetto from the San Zaccaria station, everything is conveniently close by. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and even some additional ones. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice bathroom with a well-functioning shower and enough space to open our suitcases comfortably. The hotel offers a breakfast included in the rate, and we were delighted with the variety of food options available. It definitely gave us a great start to the day.

All was impeccable, nothing to improve here.
